LANDSCAPES

My landscapes are painted in Oils or Acrylics on stretched canvas and are sealed and ready to hang. Framing is optional.

If you have a good photo of a scene such as a homestead, favourite place or scene, I am happy to paint it.

Sizes vary greatly which means price varies also - and both would need to be determined before starting.

PET PORTRAITS

I love doing portraits of people's pets and animals. Working dogs with plenty of character are a favourite.

These are chiefly done using Soft Pastel as they lend themselves so well to capturing the fine detail which gives each animal their unique personality. All paintings are completed on acid free, lightfast, archival grade pastelmat using artist grade pastels and pencils to ensure your artwork lasts a lifetime.

If you require a commission it is very important that you supply a good quality, clear photo which shows his/her eyes and personality.

Soft Pastel paintings must be framed behind glass to preserve them. I am happy to frame your piece for a charge of $50. Otherwise, I can supply your painting in a protective covering for you to frame.
